As well as writing, Sarah enjoys visiting primary schools, kindergartens, libraries and bookshops to share her love of children's picture books. From book readings to writing workshops and fun and engaging presentations, Sarah can tailor her sessions to specific curriculum needs and classroom objectives.​ Sarah's workshops can cover topics such as: Where ideas come from, story structure, sizzling starts, writing humour, the three act structure, picture book creation - from an idea to a finished book on the shelf.
